How to play
1
Stand where the camera sees you from head to feet, with room for your arms out to both sides. Seated play shows the upper body only.
2
Look at the shape cut into the wall as it comes.
3
Make the shape and hold it for a moment before the wall arrives. The rim turns green when you fit.
About this game
A wall with a person-shaped hole comes toward you. Make the shape with your arms, legs and body, hold it for a moment, and pass through. Early shapes are plain with a wide tolerance; later levels add more shapes, runs of two or three walls, and a tighter fit. Every miss says which arm or leg was off. Three sets with short rests. On a big screen, two people can take on the same wall side by side.
Where to stand
Full body
Head to ankles in view. Stand 2 to 3 m from a laptop or 1.5 to 2 m from an upright phone.
What it measures
The direction of your arms, legs, trunk and head against the shape, limb by limb.
How long you hold it: at least 0.3 s in the last 0.8 s before the wall.
It does not measure heart rate or give medical advice.
