How to play
  1. Stand where the camera sees you from head to feet.
  2. Squat low and the bird glides. Stand up fast and it flaps upward.
  3. A warm-up of three flaps measures your pace, and the columns are spaced for it.
  4. Fly through the gaps. Three sets of one minute, with a rest between each.

Controls

The camera follows your body. Keyboard and touch are there if you cannot do the movements or have no camera. Those rounds are practice: they are not kept in your records, active days or calories.

The camera reads your moves on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Race a ghost: the same course against a recording, any time.

About this game

Stand up from a squat to flap the bird upward, and stay low to let it glide. The camera reads how deep you squat and how fast you rise. Fly through the gaps between the columns, three sets of a minute with a real rest between them.

Where to stand

Full body

Head to ankles in view. Stand 2 to 3 m from a laptop or 1.5 to 2 m from an upright phone.

What it measures

  • How deep your hips drop and how fast you stand up.
  • The pace of your squats, to space the columns for you.

It does not measure heart rate or give medical advice.

Seated, quiet and low impact

  • Seated version

Sit and flap with your arms: raise both, bring them down, hold them level to glide.

  • Quiet mode

Slow squats work as well. No jumping and no stamping.

  • Low impact

Your feet stay on the floor. No jumping.

Safety

Before you start. Check with a doctor if you are pregnant, have a heart or joint condition, or feel pain when you move. Stop if you feel dizzy or a sharp pain. Children play with an adult nearby.
