About this game
Reach one hand above your head, take hold and pull it down to your shoulder, then do the same with the other. Every pull climbs the wall. Step up the ledges with your knees, lean out of the way of falling rocks, pass the hard parts against the clock and rest on the breather ledge. Three climbs of 60 to 90 seconds.
Where to stand
Full body
Head to ankles in view. Stand 2 to 3 m from a laptop or 1.5 to 2 m from an upright phone.
What it measures
How high each hand reaches and how far you pull it.
Whether your hands take turns, and which way you lean.
It does not measure heart rate or give medical advice.
Seated, quiet and low impact
Seated version
Sit tall and climb with your arms only. The wall is a little lower, with no ledges.
Quiet mode
The arms climb everything, so there is nothing to stamp or jump. The wall is a little lower, with no ledges.
Low impact
Your feet stay on the floor. No jumping.
Safety
Before you start. Check with a doctor if you are pregnant, have a heart or joint condition, or feel pain when you move. Stop if you feel dizzy or a sharp pain. Children play with an adult nearby.
