Controls

The camera follows your body. Keyboard and touch are there if you cannot do the movements or have no camera. Those rounds are practice: they are not kept in your records, active days or calories.

The camera reads your moves on this device. Nothing is uploaded.

About this game

Stars drift into the mirror view of your room and fade if you wait. Reach out and touch each one with the hand that matches its colour. Catch a whole constellation for a bonus. Three short rounds with a rest between them. On a big screen, two people can play side by side.

Where to stand

Upper body

Head to hips in view. Sit or stand about 1 m away. Works at a desk.

What it measures

  • Where your hands are in the picture, left and right.
  • Whether you reach each star before it fades.

It does not measure heart rate or give medical advice.

Seated, quiet and low impact

  • Seated version

Seated play: every star stays within reach of a chair.

  • Quiet mode

    No jumping and no stamping.

  • Low impact

Your feet stay on the floor. No jumping.

Safety

Before you start. Check with a doctor if you are pregnant, have a heart or joint condition, or feel pain when you move. Stop if you feel dizzy or a sharp pain. Children play with an adult nearby.
